So it’s been awhile, right? With all good intentions of updating the blog every month, the world changed, pretty much everyone’s daily life did.
I won’t dwell on it but Covid 19 has made our lives even more remote than a normal writer’s personality prefers. I have been conducting the Glass City Screenwriter meetings in Zoom form for the past few months since the library meeting space is closed until…?
If you don’t follow on Facebook, that is where we share the links and also information about our short films. At the next meeting I will share which festivals we are entered in with our 48 hour film Whiskey Neat.
Whiskey Neat was a success at the Maumee Film Festival, winning the top award in the 48 hour contest, it also was selected in the May Day Festival as well. The whole team involved did an amazing job and I hope to spread this entertaining little film around to many festivals whether online or in person so more people see how talented you all are!
Hope to see you at the Zoom meetup and hopefully by summer’s end, in person. We may try to do a socially distant outdoor meetup soon so watch our Facebook updates!
Take care everyone
