April showers bring May flowers.

Spring is the time to plant seeds that grow into beautiful plants and flowers. If you think of your idea as that seed, you plant it on index cards and paper or digital files. It grows into scenes and dialogue which begins to fill in the structure of an outline and screenplay. Finally the story is in full bloom when you polish and complete that Screenplay…beautiful!

Our Monthly meetup is early this month. Saturday April 9th, 2:00pm at the Oregon Branch Library.  We have a special guest and an exciting project to announce so I hope to see a good turnout for this meeting.  Our special guest is a writer who is from this area and has a project in pre production. He will talk about his writing and career so get those questions ready!

You must attend to hear about the upcoming contest/project. It is local and something I think you will find exciting and fun. We have an opportunity to put our skills to the test and do some good for our community. I can’t wait to tell you about it.

If we have time there is a short table read possibility as well. Things are getting busy, which is a good thing.
